Just dissolve 1 tsp of the powder in a 15ml of cooking oil and add to the dish you are cooking. If you want the color to be lighter, add more oil. With annatto powder of Mama Sita, your dishes will have the yellow-orange color and a mildly sweet and nutty taste.
