Experience the nostalgic and irresistible taste of Miguelito's Instant Taho Mix! Made from premium ingredients, this 485 g pack is perfect for creating your favorite taho at home, anytime you want. Simply mix with warm water and enjoy the creamy, sweet, and comforting flavors in every bite.
Instructions:
- Prepare a 5-liter capacity cooking pot and a clean container.
- In a pot, dissolve Instant Taho Powder Mix (Soybean curd) in a 2000 mL of ap water.
- Bring to a full boil over high heat while stirring.
- Once boiling, continue cooking for
3 minutes while stirring.
- Turn off the heat and immediately transfer it to the clean container.

Add the coagulant and stir for only 5-10 seconds. (Do not over stir, as it will affect the coagulation of the taho).
- Gently remove the bubbles on top.
- Let it cool for 15 minutes while the container is open.
- Cover the container and wait for another 15 minutes.
- Serve with brown sugar syrup and pearl. Enjoy.
Brown sugar syrup preparation:
1. In a pot, dissolve 140g brown sugar in a 300mL of water.
2. Bring to boil until it becomes syrupy.
Pearl preparation:
- In a large pot, boil about 1.50 liter of water.
- Once boiling add the tapioca pearl and cook for 10-20 minutes or until the pearl is soft.
- Strain the pearl and wash with running water to remove excess starch.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place and away from sunlight.
